Anyone starting up SecuriGate for the first time will be able to find their way around in no time. There is a simple reason for this: The user interface offers the same logic and tools as Microsoft Office programmes. The multifunction bars, drag-and-drop functions and selection windows are intuitive to use, which reduces familiarisation time and helps avoid errors. SecuriGate has a very visual structure: Instead of abstract list representations, the programme uses clear floor plans and video streams. Doors, locks and cameras can be remotely controlled at the click of a mouse. All these simplifications ensure that SecuriGate can be easily operated as a secondary function, for example by a member of reception staff.

SecuriGate offers the security and convenience of a Security Token Service (STS). This service acts as an incorruptible doorman within an authentication system – the user can use this digital key to authorise access to SecuriGate. As a result, user rights are managed centrally and with outstanding security, and can be granted or revoked in an instant. If a user is blocked, for example, only seconds elapse before this person cannot access the SecuriGate application.
